Your session begins with a grounding consultation and intention-setting conversation. This sacred pre-session space allows us to tune into your current energy and discuss where you are emotionally, physically, or spiritually. Together, we co-create a healing container tailored to your needs  whether that includes tuning forks, singing bowls, chakra balancing, crystals, or grounding techniques.

You will receive 95 minutes of uninterrupted Reiki energy work, offered in a beautifully prepared and energetically aligned space. From the setting to the tools, every element is intentionally selected to help you release, realign, and reconnect with your whole self.

This is a mobile and flexible offering available within the five boroughs.

I will provide a comfortable, energetically prepared location within your borough so you can fully relax and receive with ease.

After the Reiki portion of your session, we’ll hold space for integration and reflection. Whether that’s journaling, crystal guidance, or shared insights, this time helps you ground your experience and continue the healing beyond the session itself.
